Abstract submissions
Presentation Options:
- We are now accepting abstract submissions for the Joint Annual Meeting of AFS and TWS Virginia Chapters. Please submit an abstract (250 words) for the following:
- Oral Presentations (15 minute talks)
- Lightning Talks (7 minutes)
- Posters
- In the Google form, please select the session that best suits your abstract when prompted:
- Joint Session: Fish and Wildlife Management and Conservation in Urban Settings
- Joint Session: AI in Fisheries and Wildlife Research and Management
- General sessions from each organization (i.e. General AFS & General TWS).
Abstracts must be submitted by January 31, 2026
