The Hilton Garden Inn has provided us a great deal on rooms.\u00a0 There are Double Occupancy, King and Suites available for $95 per night, on a first serve basis, so make your reservation early!<\/p>\n<p>Registration for the meeting is now open.\u00a0 You can register for conference attendance, continuing education (see topics below) and the vendor trade show by accessing the Event Brite link below.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/urldefense.com\/v3\/__https:\/www.eventbrite.com\/e\/montana-chapter-afs-meeting-2020-tickets-85643521077?aff=utm_source*3Deb_email*26utm_medium*3Demail*26utm_campaign*3Dnew_event_email&amp;utm_term=eventurl_text__;JSUlJSU!!GaaboA!_-cBLAleeVyfON1MOoIR8lYK55TSqdE2WI5G5PcfIxTNxdenA4vc-U2TCBAQcnBN$\">https:\/\/www.eventbrite.com\/e\/montana-chapter-afs-meeting-2020-tickets-85643521077 [eventbrite.com]<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>This is the third and <u>final<\/u> call for symposia, papers, and posters for the 2020 Chapter meeting.\u00a0 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Here are the dates for future meeting deadlines to watch for:<\/p>\n<p><strong>January 16, 2020: Final deadline for submission for oral presentations (papers) and posters<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>January 24, 2020:\u00a0 MT Chapter AFS meeting program finalized and provided to members<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>February 14, 2020:\u00a0 Early registration ends (save $$ and register now!)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Something new this year:\u00a0 <\/strong>We are considering a Lightening Round Session at this year\u2019s conference if we can generate enough interest from presenters.\u00a0 This session would consist of 7-minute talks that can focus on just about anything interesting and related to aquatic resources.
