This is the most prestigious award granted by the Minnesota Chapter and may be bestowed upon up to one individual each year who personifies exceptional professionalism in natural resources and fisheries. Candidates for this career achievement award will have a collection of impactful contributions to Minnesota fisheries, consistent support of the Minnesota Chapter, and dedication beyond their regular duties. Please refer to the scoring rubric<\/a> for further details.<\/span><\/p>\n Special Recognition<\/b><\/p>\n Recognizes any individual who has made a remarkable contribution to MN AFS, shown exceptional dedication and skill in the advancement of fisheries science, and\/or outstanding development of fisheries professionals through MN AFS.<\/p>\n 25-Year Chapter Membership Award<\/strong><\/p>\n Awarded to individuals who have been an active member in MNAFS for at least 25 years.<\/p>\n Recognition of Service to the Out-Going President<\/strong><\/p>\n Awarded to the out-going President in recognition of their service as the President of MNAFS.<\/p>\n Outstanding Chapter Awards<\/strong><\/p>\n Recognizes outstanding professionalism, active resource protection, and enhancement programs, as well as a strong commitment to the mission of the Society. One award is given in each category (small chapters\u00a0\u2013 less than 100 members, large chapters\u00a0\u2013 100 members or more\u00a0).<\/p>\n
